If I could give a zero for worst company, I would. I received lab orders quickly. After that I had to hound them for what the next step was. When my insurance company declined most of the meds, they did not try to dispute it as stated. I had to hound them again what the next step was. They offered pills, which I took a d hated. Decided that this was not a weight loss program, yet just a way to get money. No support, takes forever to get a response, you get the run around, stating there is a process. There isn’t a process for me, just for them to stall.Has anyone else had success disputing the charges? Any resolve?Beware of this company. It’s a scam.
