I booked through Traveluro on 9/3/22 for a 2 night hotel stay in October 2022. They charged me $293 immediately. When I went to stay at the hotel, the hotel cancelled my reservation without notice and I could not get a hold of Traveluro via phone or text and their email bounces back. I fought the charge with my credit card company since the hotel never charged Traveluro for my stay (since it never happened) and they still would not refund me for a “no cancellation” policy, even when I didn’t cancel. NEVER USE THIS SITE! Scam!
