I did not agree to any monthly membership. I told the gal I was not interested and not to charge me any amount. I was getting suspicious about her comments of a “free trial”. I want a refund of the $29 you took out of my account without my permission, and without the courtesy of notifying me of the transaction. I will report your company for fraud unless the refund is received. Please refund my $$ and cancel my account.
