Charlatans and thieves, wish I could give them zero start. I withdrew my claim with them within 24 hours of making it, and tried going through the regular channels to receive compensation, which I did in the end. Five months later, FlightRight start sending me emails saying I owe them a fee because within those only 24 hours of having a claim with them, they had started the process, and so it was due to their work that the airline paid me. They also threatened to slap me with a CCJ if I didn’t pay. I said “Sure, show me proof that you did in fact start the claim within those 24 hours, in which case I’ll pay the fee.” It’s been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t heard back, and I doubt I ever will. Unless I want a CCJ massively impacting my Credit Score, I’m forced to pay these scammers. Seriously, stay away, they will do nothing and take your money and there’s nothing you can do because they simply do not get back in touch with you.
