For the past three months Bright money has continued to withdraw money from my checking account but only paying 1 of my 5 accounts. I have gotten late notices and incurred late fees. I have not been able to reach anyone via email or the apps chat feature. When I call I get disconnected. A few months ago this happened and I did receive an email ticket but was not resolved after I submitted the proof. Shortly after I submitted the proof I received an email that the ticket was closing due to inactivity. I can’t even cancel because I am unable to reach anyone. This program started out extremely helpful but is now a detriment to my credit building and debt payoff. Absurd and a scam!
