Re: Order reference: 2219795138I have placed an order since 11 October 2022. Till date, there is no tracking order reference. Previously there was still different relation officer responding to my email but the only response was to keep waiting. After waiting for more than a month, had requested for a refund but there is no update on the refund status. If this is how a company treat the customer for purchasing their products, then no matter how good the product is, no one would want to even try it! It’s such a disappointing experience and felt like a scam after the whole incident.
