I made an order 17.11.22 (order no. 2220023464) PayPal have already paid but I wish to cancel. There is no way to contact (cancel) the company except via their website whereby they respond using a noreply email. They’ve provided no delivery date, no tracking number although they must have accepted the payment as I cannot cancel payment on PayPal. Following my online order from blxbuds -I received two emails: one confirmed the order, the second advising order had not gone through. There is no contact number to clarify or discuss the situation – and no information about cancelling and how I would receive a refund. I wish to cancel the order and receive a refund and have told them Via the only way to contact them (online). I’m completely confused and worry this is a scam to be honest. Especially having read the reviews here. Would appreciate someone (a human) from the company reaching out to me but tbh having read what’s here / I am not holding myBreath.
