Be Careful!!!Booking.com is selling rooms for fraudulent hotels like OYO and also taking pre- payment. When you arrive the hotel the hotel declines the booking leaving you with no option than looking for alternative accommodation. Then when you try to contact Booking.com for cancellation and refund you will receive a cold reply and no ownership to resolve the situation. I am shocked Booking.com standards are dropped so badly and they don’t do security checks for fraudulent hotels like OYO. Booking.com bring your old service back if not you will keep losing your loyal customers and reputation.
