Absolutely disgusting what this company does. I have lost my money as they don’t verify my account several days now, so I can’t transfer my money to my bank account. They complelty ignore my emails, it has to be a scam. I wish I read the reviews before I have opened an account with them! And how I see all the answers for bad reviews exactly same. Disgusted with them!!! Stay away from them!!! SCAM! They finally verified my identity and my address but there is an other catch! I can’t withdraw my money as my bank account needs to be verified as well. Just a disaster this whole thing! If you can just stay away from this company no point to start with them as they will give you sleepless nights! And one more thing and I think I just give it up and loose my money as not worth it to stress about it. It won’t happen anything anyway. They are asking for a 4 digit code what is on the bank statement?? I wished they would show me where is that, as with my best knowledge for us here in the UK we don’t have that. Just a big scam the whole thing. Just stay away from them! And read the response exactly the same for every complaint made. They are sorry… ha ha ha
