Preordered an item in September for a dispatch date 11th November. This passes and I email. There’s a delay. I chase a couple of days later. Still a delay but they will pack it manually. I email on and on until today 21st November. It’s 10 days past dispatch. Minion one ordered for my sons 6th Birthday on 29th Nov. £146!!!! For 2 oodies!I’ve opened a dispute with PayPal as I’ve had enough chasing. If you’re smart you won’t order with this scam of a company.
