If I could give a 0 I would. My boyfriend wore the gloves twice. The second time, the zipper completely broke apart when he was just putting it on. I told customer service and they told me we have 14 days to get a refund and I reported it the 17th day. (It wasn’t cold and he didn’t need them much yet) I told the customer service agent, Mary, that I wanted a manager and she kept saying no then said “I’ll send them your message, but there is no guarantee they will answer” SCAM AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
