I was completely mislead into “buying” from this company. I received an email regarding a coin commemorating the queen where I would only be charged £2.50 postage. After I completed the process I was sent a confirmation email stating I owed £22.90!! Despite several emails and calls to customer service I have not heard back from anyone and received my coin today with an invoice for immediate payment! I feel grossly mislead and am still unable to contact anyone at this company to sort this out. Do not touch this company, they scam you out if money and do not allow you to respond to them!!!
