Booked a hotel room through them. When I got there, the place was shut, and no-one answering the phone. I had to find another place (through Expedia!) up the road. Next day, I got an email saying that as I was a no-show, they were charging me anyway. I replied saying that I HAD showed up, but the place was shut. No response, and they charged my card. Sounds an awful lot like a scam. AVOID.
