Scam. After you pay they ask for more money. They do answer and they claim that you paid to get advice from them, which is to “Try returning the phone to Apple and/or the previous owner”… so they try to make it not look too much like a scam. I did not pay another 32 dollars to be scammed twice… Contact your card provider and make a claim if you already threw your money away
