Follow up on my Oct 5, 2022 review. The BLX earbud company reached out to me with apologies and promises to do whatever was necessary to satisfy me as a customer. They had me for a moment by pulling the wool over my eyes. They immediately issued an $11 refund and agreed to send me another pair that would have been verified and confirmed to work according to their advertisement. Days after, I received an email with tracking on Oct 12, 2022. As of today and after contacting them by phone and email. I received an excuse after excuse. They sent tracking, which never left the shipper. What a scam, there is no reason under the sun to trust anything that they say. The advertisement is an absolute lie and fake news. It’s becoming obvious based on their terrible reviews.
