Theres no option to give a zero. Ordered over 2 months ago. The first time delivery was attempted, i found out lensmart did not provide my apartment number, much less the proper street name to usps depsite me clearly providing that information. Despite that i requested a reshipment which was supposed to have been send Nov. 2nd. I called usps as my tracking had not changed or been updated after weeks and they told me that customer service didnt even give me a new tracking and that the package just shows as returned to sender. Customer service responds robotically. I have emailed around 9 times trying to get an update and last email their response was barely understandable and pathetic. Disgusting scam. Thanks for making me wait 3 months to literally see. As you can see from the response below they cppy and paste. Via email i have communicated multiple times that it was not an error on my end. I provided my full address with apartment number. Customer service says they will only refund me 70% despite repeatedly sending screenshots of the order which provided my full adress.
