Again I am here. I finally completed my KYC check and thought i was going to get my 61.5€ winnings out of the site. I got the mail that my account was verified and i would get my winnings in 5 minutes to 12 hours but not exceeding 2 days…… That was thursday now its monday i have still not recieved my payment and now then ask me to reupload some of the KYC pictures even though I am already verified on the site. The support agents always have the same answer so i think they arent real but who knows.
