Then I realized that they don’t offer an app and the experience was a lot less streamlined and appealing than I expected. I asked for my money back within less than one day, and they denied me. They said they require this: “Show us that you followed our plan for at least 7 consecutive days (by sending us the screenshot of your progress – the number of lessons completed should be 7 or more.” Otherwise they will not issue a refund, despite their zero-risk guarantee. Very deceptive. Their business models resembles many other scams and it is apparent that they have inundated the web with fake good reviews as well.
