The worst experience I’ve ever had with online booking! My room was wrong, we were states away from home & the hotel couldn’t accommodate our family. The room we booked with Hopper was NOT the room they reserved for us at the hotel. Despite having the confirmation email from Hopper, the hotel couldn’t change the reservation. They said we have to go through Hopper to change it. Only problem, you can’t actually speak to a person or get in touch with anyone at Hopper. Total scam. Total nightmare.
