Eneba one sidedly refund a purchase WITHOUT BEING REQUESTED, in THEIR DIGITAL WALLET. Attempt of getting a proper refund to my Bank Account is simply ignored (given template answer with no solution).While not a complete scam, be aware of the risk since their customer service is useless.
