I couldn’t trade the whole day becaus apparrently I need to submit prove of address but was submitted long ago and verified. And when I try to upload the system says I have uploaded alread and ready to trade. I tried withdrawing the the money I deposited and system refused, says I need address verification. I feel scammed by Deriv and looking for alternative brokers.
