I had made an online inquiry and was trying to find out more about the platform. I got a call from the sales rep and she wanted to guide me through the process of doing my due diligence by asking me to put some numbers on the screen and checking some licenses, it felt scammy and I wasn’t comfortable and asked her to give me time to do it on my own. Since then they have been calling me everyday and fortunately I was not able to take the call. Today I could answer the call and told the sales rep that I am not keen. Her voice was soo rude after that and she said ‘delete your account if you are not interested’ to which I replied I don’t have an account my dear, she said ‘fine then write an email to us’ and disconnected the call before I could say anything further. This was uncalled for and very rude. Disrespectful. You would definitely be running a scam if you are behaving like that with a customer.
