AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!!Don’t do it! It’s a scam.Maybe I should’ve known better, since it seemed too good to be true? I responded to a promotional cleaning to “try out” their service, and it said I “could cancel anytime.” It’s a BIG FAT LIE.When you sign up for this service, you are apparently signing a membership contract for $52/month. I didn’t know, and I READ THE FINE PRINT – it wasn’t in there. Now I have only used the service ONCE, and got a barely mediocre cleaning of half my house in 6 hours. Now Homeaglow has continued to charge my credit card $52 a month, even though I have not received any additional cleanings!! The fee is ONLY for the “Membership” and DOES NOT INCLUDE the additional cost of the cleaning service.No customer support, no way to cancel without paying. It’s absolute robbery. I’m closing my checking account – it’s the only way to stop these thieves!!
