My physical card took a month plus multiple emails to finally show up. Things were fine for a few weeks but then every one of my transactions suddenly got declined, even at the cafeteria I always used it on! I’ve sent emails multiple times and they have not resolved the issue. If it isn’t a scam, then it sure is acting like one.
