Please don’t ever order from this company. Awful customer service, refunds and exchanges are a disaster. They have received my returned parcel, the order was over £200 and they have offered me a refund of £17. For the avoidance of doubt, I never received the parcel due to an issue with Royal Mail and it was returned to them so the pathetic refund they are offering me has nothing to do with damaged returned goods. The first customer service agent offered me a refund of 90% which I realise now I should have just swallowed the £20 loss and not gone further with them to try and obtain a full refund.I can not understand their logic or make any sense of it but please please don’t spend your precious money with this fraudulent company. Their returns and exchanges policy printed on their web site is not adhered to.I see further reviews on this so I’m not alone. If anyone has managed to take this further, I’d be interested to hear how.
