Extremely long time to get your items shipped – weeks; only 20% chance you will get what you ordered, if get at all. Yes, they do return your money back, but it takes a long time and a lot of fight: they demand for you to make a video of opening your package!!!!, pics of the package on scale showing the weight, you are getting technical errors rejecting your dispute submittal only 50 times before it goes thru …..Ridiculous. Not worth it. First order went ok, took a long time but it did come and it was the correct order. Second – was a rip off, scam, bait and switch experience. After 5 wks, I finally got my refund. Third order, out of 2 items, one item was incorrect item and the second item was missing. Got refund. Now waiting for the forth, and the LAST try of the website….It took 2 wks to get a tracking number, another 2 wks “in route”, still no info about expected delivery date. And who knows if the shipped item will be what I ordered…
