I got my card issued to me after I followed the necessary steps. Then, I made a purchase which was not accepted from the other company because the purchase was large and they thought it was fake and they refunded the money. They refunded, gave me an ARN, I verified it, but tremendous shows the refund amount as red and as failing. It says that the positive amount going back into my account failed, even though it hasn’t, and is slow with responses or tells me to contact the other company, so my money is just in limbo. I can’t contact any real person and the help email isn’t very fast or efficient. It is extremely frustrating and I’m at the point of having to contact the FTC and attorney general if it is not solved very soon, because it seems like a scam and that they purposely don’t have customer service to help in these situations to profit off of them, because people give up and then their card ‘expires’.
