Super

    As per my previous review, no response from super.com. They asked for additional information which I provided. The stay was on the 6th January 2024, and I’m yet to receive the refund promised within 2 business days. Over a month later, no communication, no refund. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THROUGH SUPER.COM, SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO ELSEWHERE. YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND AND THEY WILL NOT COMMUNICATE WITH YOU. In my case, I arrived at a hotel where the hotel didn’t acknowledge the booking or emails from Super.com. Super.com took payment the day before, which is what most scam artists do, and the booking was made a week in advance. Then after 5 hours of waiting on emails with super.coms urgent care team (Who messaged from hotels in America as well as Super.com which in itself sounds crazy), they offered a no obligation refund. Just don’t go through the hassle. Avoid these guys!
