It has been 1.5 month with them so far my experience is very bad. They told me that they hv assigned an account manager, shared his mail ID, I have sent dozens of email but no response. I tried to contact them via chat and asked anout my requests, they said,We have not rcvd any email. If you ask questions on chat they won’t respond or will respond something else. For example if you are asking, hey my target location setting is wrong and you are sending bots to my account. They will say, “we have directed your complaint to tech research team and you will notice progress in your case soon”This “soon” never comes. My mistake was that I signed up for a year as they were offering discount so I lost 500+ dollors. This is very well planned scam.Very bad, feeling cheated.My account has been spammed by bots and I am really worried if it will be banned.
