Etsy IS HORRIBLE!!!!!! As a previous seller (& I will never go back), they are 100% refunding buyers for an item that was purchased moooonths ago for an item they damaged (buyer opened a case) & now ETSY IS 100% Refunding the buyers!!! I am so done with ETSY!! They do not give the sellers or buyers a fair chance to work on small issues-cases anymore. & they have the worst customer service. You CANNOT get a hold of anyone!!Go to ebay or your own selling website. Etsy went down into the dumps! Their is so many scams as well I hear with Etsy messages & all.
