Tried charging me 3x, thankfully my bank flagged and blocked them. Leaving at a 1 star until you remove my subscription and send confirmation. Scam system, not user friendly, will not download your app. Will update, when resolvedEmail sent Feb 9 2024. Email I recieved back says 24 hour response time. So shouldnt be any issues! Thank you!Update – Got a response Feb 10th, they sent me a link to cancel my subscription. Confirmation of cancelation recieved. The services wouldnt be so bad if the website/app were user friendly, without a bunch of spam pop ups trying to get you to purchase more, and the ability to cancel a subscription with ease. Better reviews may be left if these are fixed, and you may get more business and subscriptions too as it looks like banks are also flagging them. Hope this helps.
