Absolute scam. Ridiculous that they can get away with this. I cancelled my auto renewal the day I signed up to the cheaper trial as that’s what they tell you to do to avoid auto renewal fee – they still took the money. Tried to cancel it again in the app about 15 times finally got to a page that says sorry to see you go here’s two months free (no option to decline this offer) press continue and it says thank you for taking the free 2 months you’ll be charged again in 2 months – now I can’t even manage my subscription it won’t allow me to. Stay away
