Omg wish I found this site with comments from customers having same issue. Ordered mirror in October and after numerous emails no luck and like everyone they get a response from ‘joe’ and then nothing. Feel like a right idiot with this scam. How can this be happening via Instagram. All look legit and feel like a right fool.Will contact my bank like some of you have said so fingers crossed. But this company need shutting down. Absolute disgrace
