Backed a project (VEZO 360 – The First 4K 360 Degree Smart Dash Cam) in 2019.The campaigner never delivered and continues to scam through project updates. (google the project link)Indiegogo customer support effectively evaded any direct questions and informed me they will not be responding back to any further emails regarding this issue.I’ve never demanded funds back, however I I highlighted to Indiegogo they are still facilitating a platform for the campaigner to scam through project updates and their response was ‘we know the campaigner is fraudulent as we held back some of the funds, however we are going to ignore your concern’.The Indiegogo crowd funding platform is unsafe to use. Customer service is generic and poor, and it is a breeding ground for scammers. AVOID at all costs.
