If there were a negative mark to give, I would award it to Complete Savings without hesitation. I submitted a missing purchase claim, only to be immediately rejected with the standard clause: ‘Customers will earn rewards once an order has been completed and delivered. The total cashback reward for each order is limited to GBP 35, which means that even if the customer’s transaction qualifies for a higher amount of reward, the maximum reward they can receive for a single order is GBP 35. It’s important to note that the customer reward is only calculated for transactions paid in British pounds. Therefore, if a customer makes a purchase using any other currency, they will not be eligible for the cashback reward.’ It makes no sense that my claim is being rejected when I have met all the requirements. Furthermore, they didn’t provide any explanation for the rejection. I spent the total GBP 21.4 on 3 items but they only registered 1 transaction with only GBP 0.06 cash back. Ridiculous! Scam!
