I entered 2 one off syndicates for £1.99 two days ago, when I checked my bank account yesterday they has taken off another 2 payments totaling £12.99. I contacted them by email to cancel my account and was told to log in to my account and go into my syndicates to cancel them or use the help bot. When I logged in it said I was not in any syndicates so I tried the help bot which was no help at all, it just kept putting me round in circles. I emailed them again about this and they have not got back to me. I am looking into legal advice as I see other people have been scammed by them also. Lotto Social is a scam, do not trust them.
