    My account was locked during Christmas when placing an order with the same seller that I have purchased multiple times. It says fraud suspected on my account. I’ve submitted a request to unlock my account. I did get someone from support emailed me back a few weeks later asking security questions to unlock the account. After I’ve replied, no one emailed me back and the account is still locked. It’s been 2 months now. I’ve keep replying to the link weekly to keep my query open. No one bothered to respond, only received generic automated messages. This is definitely the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
