From another review that believes 818 tracking is a scam or driver’s aren’t being honest I hope not but I have an from Macy’s online. I have an order number and tracking number. They emailed me back a few times saying it could take 7-30 days to receive my order. After the 30days and still no package I contacted them again. They sent me a screenshot of my tracking history saying it was delivered and I should check with neighbors. I went to my neighbor’s that I’ve known for many years and I also have cameras that point to my porch and driveway. My neighbors also have cameras. I emailed them back and I’m trying to see if I can get the name of the delivery company to bring my tracking number to them. I did receive an email this morning with them apologizing and offering to process my order again at no cost. Hopefully it will come in. If it does I’ll happily edit this post. I’m an honest person and business owner and I know my reviews are very important to our business.
