Day 1 I had questions about the diet because it was exactly the opposite of what was described in the hours long video. When I asked for help from the live chat the person on the other end was very curt and pushy and did not really answer my questions. I emailed customer support and explained what happened and said that if that was the kind of support I could expect that I would have to cancel. I did not request a refund! Immediately, I got an email saying that a refund had been issued. I think it’s a scam and exactly what Vin says it’s not “another run of the mill diet plan.”
