Signed up for a procrastination support plan. Didn’t find it any better than others on the market, despite their claims, so asked for my money back after a week as per their refund policy. Two months later and the refund still hasn’t been sent despite multiple emails. They keep closing down my enquiry saying I haven’t responded even though I’ve sent multiple responses. At least they can’t take any more money from me because my original payment card had to be cancelled due to attempted fraudulent activity… which happened the day after I paid for the liven.com programme… coincidence?!
