Received the product ordered but it did not fit. Was told that there was a 30 day return policy. Once I initiated the return through customer service, I waited over a week for a reply. Then, once I submitted my request, they sent more emails drawn out over weeks asking for pictures of the item, why I wanted to return the item, etc. I did everything that was requested but due to their drawn out email exchange, the 30 days was coming to an end. After I emailed them that I was frustrated with this process, they sent an email saying they “recently relocated to China” and that if I return the item, the cost may be higher. Do not order from this company! The return process is a scam to get more money from you and from other reviews on this site, you may not even get your item.
