I wish I’d read reviews first. Like many people, I ordered a phone case and screen protector, received a link to the Shop app, but no shipping information. I emailed politely asking for an update, then when I hadn’t heard anything back I got curious and googled reviews, and found out many were in the same position. I emailed again, asking for a refund, as I now believed the website to be a scam. The company are atrocious at responding, and when they do they make excuses that they’ve experienced “shipping delays to my region”. By which they surely mean “shipping delays to every region”, given the amount of bad reviews. I want my money back so I can order a phone case from an actual website. DO NOT ORDER FROM JELLY CASES!!
