Another angry reviewer here to let everyone know this is a scam. Backed the Slide from SlideNJoy on Kickstarter in 2017. They’ve rebranded at least 3 times that I have seen, changed my order number and date and still nothing. I submitted their required forms to request a refund in June 2023. And, as you might have guessed, nothing. Apparently their “billing department is overwhelmed with refund requests and processing them in the order received”. While I don’t believe for a second they’re processing a single one, I do believe they have enough that they would be overwhelmed if they did process them. Save your money, there are plenty of other products on Amazon that you will actually receive. Screw this company and their ignorant crooks.
