scam artists. I tried buying 140ish dollars worth of manta contracts when they got released, yet only 56 dollars got deposited into the contracts. for this trade I made 250 dollars (only half of the profits that it should have been). obvioiusly frustrated that my money dissappeared to who knows where, I contacted their customer support (which took about 15 attempts for them to understand what my “problem” was). they told me to email their specialists who claimed the money was still in my account, when i told them multiple times that was additional funds. Then they had the audacity to say i didnt understand some aspect about their completly incorrect “investigation”. I dont expect to ever see that money again, but just wanted to warn everyone so this dosnt happen to anyone else. no one should ever use a bs platform like this one that outright steals their money from when they tried to enter a trade and then just blatently denies it. its pathetic
