I was very happy using this excellent app. However, on the 20th of Jan, 24 i made a trade on P2P, after getting payment customer did not release crypto and order got timed out. I opened a case. My account was immediately blocked by Bybit with all the money in it. Its been 9 days that i have been trying contacting Live chat but have been unable to discuss with anyone. I have read my chat and I was ultra polite with the scammer. Never got the order money back and Bybit emailed that funds in my account will be returned after 90 days. I have been scammed on P2P and was expecting far better treatment.I am quite a massive P2P trader and was just experimenting on Bybit, it has some excellent things in their app. The only missing thing is customer service. I still wish that customer service improves and Bybit progresses.
