I took an IQ test for $2.97….little did I know that they signed me up for an auto-renewing membership of 55.00/mth!!! They charged me this amount 2 weeks later. I contacted them immediately and spoke with Bianca A from the Brainety IQ Test Customer Support Team, who wrote a long email showing me all the legal reasons they could steal my money. She wasn’t interested at all in the fact that I didn’t KNOW I was being signed up for a trial and then charged 2 weeks later. I don’t even know what I would be trial ongoing – more IQ tests??? She stole my money and wouldn’t return it. It’s a total scam.
