I got a 3728 USDT sell order on the P2P platform. The buyer is a scam, immediately marked the order as paid and didn’t make the payment. I opened the appeal and on the customer service request I’ve provided the video proof of my bank account – recorded my bank app. Since then no news from customer service. The buyer has no any completed orders, I noticed during the day the buyer is online and doesn’t response to my messages.I can’t connect to customer service on the live chat, there’s just an annoying and useless chat bot only which is writing that currently we have no customer service agents available. Really? When I have an appeal and my 3728 USDT is freezed, you have no customer service agent available?
