So, last month I subscribed to Diamond Premium Subscription on Hellcase, it was a 1 MONTH subscription and soon i cancelled it not wanting to pay this month one more.I have realised now that they have charged me for it yesterday, and i dont even have it.I contacted support and they literally told me to contact G2A Pay because they are the ones with the “money”, after contacting them they told me to contact Hellcase again because afterall, the money was alreadu sent to the merchant “Hellcase”.I am trying to get a refund on this matter and they keep on sending me from side to side, and this is a fraud which i am reporting to the authorities. But first, i just wanted to warn everyone, dont gamble, and dont gamble on this HELL of a SCAM WEBSITE.I will need to cancel my bank credit card because of this scammers, that keep charging me for something i have cancelled a long time ago, even tho they state this on their contract:g) Once the User purchased Hellcase Premium for indefinite period of time, the Hellcase Premium subscription fee shall be billed each time in advance monthly or yearly (depending on the billing period selected by the User) from the User’s bank account, PayPal, Balance account or any other payment instrument selected by the User during purchasing process, unless and until the User cancel it.
