There was a failed transaction due to a fraud warning, and looks like a $2 charge for that. I’m sure the charges were written deep in some Ts&Cs, but would be nice to have such be more visible in pre-transaction notices. If it was bank driven, I’m not sure why a fraud warning, because I just used this service last month too.
