I wasn’t scammed, I purchased the 3 month plan BUT then learned the app ONLY provides THEIR plan for you! You cannot put in your preferred diet plan. You cannot edit it to personalize. For example if you want to follow a low carb diet, or other type, you will be IN THE RED if you don’t meet THEIR goals for you! But the worst part was the customer service experience! I was offered an extra year free of charge to an app that I clearly explained I CANT USE! Three times! Not a resolve. Sad customer service approach.
